Iranian Black List

Have you ever been cheated, lied to, used, backstabbed and/or simply ripped off by an Iranian? If so, did you ever wish for a venue where you could vent and share your terrible experience with others who may have endured a similar grief? Well, here'’s your chance to do just that and more.

The philosophy behind the Iranian Black List is to expose the dark side of the Iranian population at large, not for degradation purposes, but to promote self-reflection and rectification of certain social behavior damaging to the cohesiveness of Iranian communities around the world. There are perhaps hundreds if not thousands of websites on the net, each geared towards the glorification and admiration of the Persians, the Iranians or any derivatives of that ancient land. None criticizes the people or the culture in a constructive manner. The purpose of this weblog is to report destructive social behavior and to act as a mirror for Iranians in the hopes that by witnessing their ugly side perhaps it will ignite more websites, books and discussions aimed towards a cultural/social reform as opposed to a political reform. In addition it will expose those Iranians who have repeatedly caused grief for others by their ill social practices and perhaps become a useful resource for doing background checks before becoming involved in any way, shape or form with the next one you meet.

In the opinion of this weblog’s originator, if you want to clean up Iran, clean it from the bottom up.

With that in mind, please share your ugly experiences as discretely or as conspicuously as preferred. Releasing names and identification of anyone is entirely up to the weblogger’s discretion.

The idea is nice and we should talk about it more and more. we have to open this subject and discuss to find our problem and then look for its solution to make our society clean from ill mannered people.

You should put Pouya (Paul) Alimaghan on the top of your list. Leader of a so-called "Iranian Student Alliance in America", he is the king of lying, deception and backstabbing among Iranians.

I would have to say that its a shame that he even is an Iranian. He would make a better Afghan.

It is amusing to read you folks claim to want to clean society from ill-mannered people and that so and so is better as an Afghan. I think the first place we all need to start (yours truly included) is with ourselves and within ourselves. And one of the first tenets of such an endeavour is not playing God, not disparaging others and other ethnic or religious or...groups. Who are you to judge who is ill-mannered and who is not in society? Take a good look in the mirror before you point fingers. This forum, if continuing on this trend, will be a juvenile and useless outlet and will serve to prove its founding reason but never ever provide any solution for correcting it.

this is a very unique point which you have taken out of iranian culture. no one ever tried to show this as a weakness. if you take a look at the opposition groups they just try to point their finger at government and islamic regime. i think to be proud of being iranian is just like speaking in farsi. iranian people grow up by believing that they are the best. i think they are doing their job well at many positions all over the world BUT not all of them, only few of them. i (as an iranian) know all these things. but being proud of being an iranian is just like having faith. i really love to show iranians that they are shitting inside the country. when i think about it, i'm 100% agree with you. but my dear friend please don't destroy the only faith that gives energy to iranians who are living out side of iran. they don't have anything, they are just trying to show a good image of iranian culture to other cultures (and try to fix akhoond's mess). iranians are friendly, peacefull. like me, everyone love me at work and college. i will work on this topic, i want to show weakness of our culture, and i believe in this. now tell me how to show them their ugly side?

When a person is asked to talk about his or her country and tehe people.all just say the good things. In my point of wiew noone is complete. We all need to know our weak points and we can know them by others.I think,if we put away the complements there are alot of problems in our culture.we have basic problemsthat have grown up with all generations.New generations somehowhave tried to alert it but it takes time, cause it has conflict with the older ones. Most iranian talk too much but dont act. They have many dreams but dont try to make them true and .....
so if you r one like this, get out there and do s.th .
